Restored tin ceiling, wood-paneled walls, and room to run a full family tournament. It's where the kids — and the competitive uncles — disappear for hours while everyone else claims the porch. The kitchen is built for actually cooking for a group — full-size appliances, prep space two people can share, dishes and stemware for ten, and multiple dining areas so the cooks and the eaters aren't tripping over each other. The coffee station is stocked. So is the pantry. The living room is the centerpiece: stone fireplace, deep seating for the whole group, smart TV, and the kind of natural light that makes everyone slow down for a minute.
